STUDIO RENTAL
Click the link below to schedule your weekend studio rental, weekdays, please contact me first about time and day. Located in the West Bottoms with limited availability. This studio is 850 sqft, boasting with natural light. All white walls and partial white floors/natural wood floors. Backdrops available for use when added on. Props are available to use including a 8x8 rose wall that is included in your hourly rental, no personal items can be used(i.e. newborn items). Minimum of one hour at $65 then $50 and hour after that. Bulk hours are available. Check out my social page with the link below on Instagram.

Saturdays and Sundays are what you see. I cannot add anymore times to the weekends.
Being a natural light studio comes different times with the best light. AM seems to be the best time for the studio especially for Fall/Winter. In the summer, pretty much any time is a good time. Extra cloudy days in winter make for limited light. I have lighting available, but must purchase the "full access hour" and have knowledge in using strobe lighting.

Guidelines
Please read the information below. Below is guidelines about the rules and security camera equipment in use. A proper guide will be sent after booking.
Location
West Bottoms in downtown KCMO. Location will be given once booked. Located at Hickory and 13th street.
What Can you use
Any props or furniture around the studio. You must put them back where you found them. No lights or personal items stored on the shelves, i.e. newborn outfits, headbands, etc. unless you purchase the "full access hour".
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. You may move your session to another date within 24 hours of scheduled rental date.
Any add on's available
Yes! You may choose "full access" to have access to everything in the studio. Themed seasons. Maternity dresses. Newborn props.
Late Policy
If you're late, your scheduled time still ends at the original end time. No extensions.
Codes of Conduct
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent the studio. Otherwise, you must have a adult 18+ with you at all times. Nudity is permitted but please recognized there are cameras in use for damage control. No alcohol, no glitter, no loud music.
